• Nearly three years into the big data industry, I have grown from a novice to a team TL, experiencing many ups and downs. Reflecting on the past, there are many emotions.
• In 2015, just before my master’s thesis defense, my advisor criticized me in front of my peers for a lack of innovation in my thesis, leaving me uncertain about my abilities and future. I later realized that what truly matters is learning and practical skills.
• In July 2015, I joined my current company as a big data development engineer. It was the first time I found a clear direction, and the fog in my heart began to lift. With newfound motivation and passion, I embarked on the most dedicated period of my life.
